A connected-device vendor needed non-engineers to triage fleet faults. We built the MQTT ingest path on GCP and a RAG agent over their internal runbooks and Jira history.
Healthtech pilot

A pre-Series-A healthtech needed SOC2 and HIPAA controls before closing a hospital pilot. We rewrote their infra-as-code, hardened IAM, and stood up an evidence pipeline for auditors.

Industrial
For hardware and cloud clients we run the full path from PLC to dashboard. Same engineering bar, additional protocol stack.
PLC communication nodes translate machine data over OPC-UA and Modbus, and write telemetry locally at microsecond resolution.
Decoupled Kafka and MQTT brokers structure variables into a logical topic topology, so any consumer can subscribe without touching the source.
