This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no third-party requests until you submit a form.

The short version
We collect nothing when you read this site. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to. Fonts are served from our own domain, so not even a font provider sees your request.
The only personal data we receive is what you deliberately type into the contact or newsletter form and submit.
What we collect when you submit a form
The contact form asks for your name, work email, and a description of what you are building. Company, service, budget and timeline are optional. The newsletter form asks only for an email address.
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree records the submission and the originating IP address as part of its spam filtering. We do not use a tracking pixel in our replies.
What we do with it
- Contact enquiries are read by a named person and answered by email. They are retained while a commercial conversation is live and for 24 months afterwards, so we have context if you come back.
- Newsletter subscriptions are used only to send the monthly engineering note. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We do not use enquiry content to train models.
Client data under an engagement
This policy covers the website. Data we handle inside a client engagement is governed by the contract and, where applicable, a DPA or BAA. Under those terms client data is never used for training, never shared with third parties, and never leaves the region the contract specifies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or India’s DPDP Act 2023 give you the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing.

Where data lives
We are established in New Delhi, India. Form submissions are processed by Formspree in the United States, and our email is hosted in the European Union. Transfers out of the EEA and UK rely on the standard contractual clauses in our processors’ terms.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. We do not silently expand what we collect.
