Terms
These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement — that is a signed contract.

Who we are
This site is operated by Ideaxa Solutions and Consulting Services, New Delhi, India 110018. Contact: sachin.rana@ideaxa.io.
Website terms versus engagement terms
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a contract. Rates shown on the commercials page are indicative bands published for transparency. The commercial terms that bind either of us are the ones in a signed statement of work or master services agreement, and those override anything written here.
Using this site
You may read, quote, and link to anything published here. Please:
- Attribute quotes from the articles to Ideaxa with a link to the original page.
- Do not republish an article in full without written permission.
- Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
Code samples
Code shown in articles is illustrative. It is provided as-is, without warranty, and is not production-hardened unless the article says otherwise. Read it, adapt it, and test it before you deploy it.
Public infrastructure
The MQTT broker, OPC-UA reference server, WebSocket bridge and test client listed on the status page are provided free for evaluation and testing. They carry no SLA, the credentials are public, and anything you publish to them is visible to other users. Do not send production, personal, or confidential data to them. We may change credentials, rate-limit, or withdraw these services at any time.
Accuracy
We keep the figures on this site current and correct them when they drift. Uptime percentages, roadmap dates, and the rate comparison reflect our honest position at the last-updated date and are not guarantees. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website or on the free public infrastructure. This does not limit liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect the liability terms of a signed engagement contract.
Intellectual property
The articles, diagrams, and site design are ours. Under an engagement, source code we write for you is assigned to you as it is written, milestone by milestone — see the about page for how that works in practice.
Governing law
Use of this website is governed by the laws of India, with the courts of New Delhi having jurisdiction. Engagement contracts frequently specify a different governing law, and where they do, the contract wins.
